Scholarships and services for military spouses and children

Pace University is firmly committed to assisting veterans and their families in pursuing higher education. Dependents of veterans, active-duty, and reserve service members benefit from robust support and a wide range of comprehensive services. As a military-friendly school, Pace has reserved the following resources for Pace students who are children or spouses of servicemen and women. 

Benefit highlights:

  • Assistance in paying for school and covering expenses through the Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance (DEA) program
  • A specialized Veteran Services Team to assist veterans, active duty, reserve personnel, and dependents in advancing their careers through higher education
  • Assistance and support from the counseling center and other Pace staff trained to work with veteran students and their dependents
  • The Pace Student Veterans Association (SVA) is a nationally recognized Student Veterans of America organization with active chapters at our New York City and Westchester campuses
  • Customized career counseling focused on internships and jobs, through specialized support to translate military skills to civilian resumes
  • Access to a range of perks, benefits, and opportunities available exclusively to our alumni 
  • Choose from 100 undergraduate majors and minors and 75+ graduate degree programs spread across six schools and colleges

  • Nationally-recognized Student Veterans of America organization providing peer-to-peer mentoring, networking, and support to more than 250 veterans attending Pace. 
  • A Veterans and Military Services Team that helps current and prospective veterans transition to student life; access and maximize federal, state, and branch resources; and optimize their time at Pace.

* Yellow Ribbon recipients, doctoral, online, Executive MBA, and/or law programs are ineligible for Pace’s 50% tuition scholarship program
