Pace University’s School of Education offers experiences built on real-world education and expertise powered by nationally and internationally renowned faculty. Through our five-year combined degree programs, you can earn a BS in Early Childhood, Childhood, or Adolescent Education and an MSEd in Literacy, Special Education, or TESOL. You can also combine your undergraduate studies with a specialized master’s degree, such as the MST in Childhood, Adolescent, or Special Education—accelerating your path to a teaching career.
Program highlights:
- Earn your bachelor's degree or master's degree in teaching or education, or even both degrees in just five years through our combined accelerated programs
- Complete the degree program prepared for New York State certification testing in areas including special education, bilingual education, TESOL, literacy, and more
- Be eligible to earn dual-certification in growing fields, such as adolescent and special education or childhood and bilingual education
- Enjoy flexible scheduling with courses available in NYC, Westchester, or online and fall, spring, and summer start dates that work around your schedule
- Experience hands-on training, small class sizes, and an emphasis on education in a diverse and expanding world
- Engage in immersive fieldwork and student teaching in New York’s diverse school districts
- Study abroad with hands-on learning experiences in Ecuador and Italy
