The Executive MBA program is designed to hone your existing management skill set and use it as the foundation to build advanced expertise. Intended for professionals with at least five years of experience, this program uses a combination of online projects and classroom learning in the heart of NYC.


The project-based program will have you consult on real business issues with organizations like Mondelez International, Microsoft, PepsiCo, and more. You will have the opportunity to grow as a problem-solver, utilizing high-level strategic insights to tackle these real-life problems head on. The EMBA also helps you improve your tactical thinking by teaching you to perform research, use data to support your conclusions, and present your recommendations to established industry experts.


20 Months - No GMAT Required  - Only 10 weekends


The 20-month program consists of:

  • Fall Intake
  • Program Length: 20 months
  • Program Credits: 54 credits
  • Hybrid Learning Format: Nine 6-credit modules in a flexible online format combined with weekend residencies every 10 weeks.
  • Competitive tuition of $80,300 includes room and board for all required weekend residencies.
  • No GMAT required
  • Weekend residencies in New York City spaced every 10 weeks, for a total of 10 weekends (30 days face-to-face) in approximately 20 months.
  • Student teams solve real-world business problems for high-profile companies and present recommendations to company management and/or industry experts.
  • Module subjects focus on critical areas of management including:
    • competitive strategy, global corporate diversification, corporate finance, traditional and digital marketing media, talent management, data analysis, and operations management
  • The capstone module includes an individual student-proposed project. The project may develop a new business plan or address an opportunity or challenge to a particular company.
  • Small cohorts and dedicated faculty ensure support, engagement, and visibility
  • Pace EMBA graduates emerge with the crucial skills and knowledge to succeed in their fields
  • Application Deadline: August 15. Should seats remain, applications received after the final application deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
